Where is my Data?

As usual, I can't get answers to my Mac questions. And, as usual, I've come crawling back to LinuxQuestions.org.
I have a Mac Pro and I'm using the Intego firewall. It's very good and it also blocks my Private Data, like my Visa number and my Social Security number, from falling into the hands of Private Data Pirates. After blocking all these Pirates I find that I can't get onto websites like Google, Yahoo, Facebook and even Apple. They all want my Private Data!
Instead of Blocking my data from getting out I am thinking that I would rather delete the data from my computer, completely. The problem is that I can't seem to find where it is stored.
Can someone tell me where my Private Data is in Mac OS X?
