Unhappy View what a person is doing while he's dialed in

Hi all,

I'm a newbie, we are running FREEBDS 4.5 as our mail server. Which is working fine now. I recently had some issues with regards to the server. The issue was that i some of the users could not send excel attachment. We have no limitts set to the size of emails or files that can be sent or recieved. As i didn't have a clue we hired outside help, which they did by dialing into the server. My question is, is there a way to actually see what he is doing to my server while he's dialed in.

Pls Help cos i need to know if they are doing any work or not.

Thanks All...
