USB mouse for Freebsd 6.0

Does anyone know how I can get my USB mouse working under Freebsd 6.0?

Do you have usbd_enable="YES" in rc.conf?

You may also need

moused_enable="YES"
moused_type="auto"

in rc.conf as well.

The usb mouse is working, but under X11 and KDE (3.4) is the mouse buttons do react very slow or not.

If you have soemthing like an nvidia chipset you might want to make sure usb is working properly. This, of course it just an off the cuff guess.
