making aliases via command line


how do i make an alias (shortcut) of a folder via command prompt?

$ ln -s Folder shortcut

So to make an alias to /System Folder/Control Panels you would do:

$ ln -s /System\ Folder/Control\ Panels /Users/yourname/cpanels
