Gnome in Linux Issue?

I installed GNOME 2.28.x in freeBSD 7.3 RC2. But Gnome (ver 2.28.x) login screen does not provide space to select username & password. Is it a bug?

Are you using GDM? Can you provide a screenshot please?

Moved to *BSD (freeBSD is not Linux)

Could you post a screenshot of what the login screen looks like?
