FreeBSD PHP5 ports error - libphp5.la is not a valid libtool archive


Hi,

I am install PHP5 from ports on FreeBSD 5.4.

Ports have been updated using cvsup before installing PHP.

I am getting following error.

Apache 2 is installed, now need PHP to get started.

How do i solve the problem ?

try reinstalling apache

Thanks for the help. It seems the problem was with my port. I updated the ports and reinstalled apache. Now i got php5 installed with out any problem.
