FreeBSD install?

A few months ago, I was leaving Windows and tried FreeBSD. I burned the ISO fle as disc image and booted my computer with it. The installation was easy and no problems understanding it. However, when it became time to write files, it said it couldn't write files to the hard drive and gave no reason.

What could have cuased this? HDD was formated by FreeBSD.

when u formatted the harddrives how many partitions did u put on and are u trying to put the files on a partition with enough space?
u also need to make sure that u have actually formatted the partitions and not just created space for them
