Unhappy cups halts at "print test"


I am running FreeBSD 4.8 Release
after dwnloading the driver and saving to proper folder.
I get as far as print a test page, then the error
"unable to create temporary printer" and stops configuration at that point
printer is HP photosmart 7550
any help is greatly appreciated

print job

Try to send a job(i.e not a Test) to the printer and see if it prints or gives you another error.Could be a bug in the test "page".

The print button isn't highlighted
I went to localhost:631
I got all the way to the end and the below error is what I received..

"client-error-not-authorized"
