cant find disk controller FreeBSD* ICH5 sata controller

I have an Intel 7520BD2 motherboard and I'm trying to perform a simple FreeBSD 6.4 install. Unfortunately the install is not seeing my disk. I don't have a raid setup, just a single disk attached to sata-1. When I boot into the install disk and proceed to perform a "Standard Install" the error

[CODE]]"No disks found! Please verify your disc controller is being properly probed at boot time."
[/CODE

Can someone shed light on why it's not able to find my disk? While the boot CD is loading it loads the ich5 driver. I've read about poor support for the ICH5 sata150, but FreeBSD will run on it, but how?

Try this.. Maybe : SATA to IDE bridge problem In BIOS disable it (Something like Extra IDE Port)
OR Install an Ectra PCI Controller to use IDE/PATA.
