I'm not sure what problems this will cause, as firefox seems to be it's usual self. Is this important, and should I try and get that folders contents back? And if that's a yes, then, how the hell do I get it back?
Also, anyone got any easy ways to get firefox working with flash and the other usual plugins?
Many thanks

Are you sure you deleted /usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins or was it /usr/X11R6//lib/browser_plugins? See the extra forward slash before the lib directory? If you deleted the second, you have nothing to worry about because there is no such directory. But if you really did delete the first I would have to ask first and foremost, was the directory empty? If that was the case, just create a new one with the same permissions. I haven't had much luck getting anything to work that resides in that folder anyway.
I would never delete any directories in any OS I just wouldn't use them. But if you must, use a file manager in super-user mode so you watch exactly what you're doing. Some of the HOWTO's out there don't exactly conform to the reader's wants and needs.
