Would you recommend the product? yes | Price you paid? (in USD): $125.00 | Rating: 10

Kernel (uname -r): 2.6.3
Distribution: Different versions of RedHat, Mandrake, Slackware, KNOPPIX and VectorLinux

I've had this drive for several years. It's been in 2 different computers, several different distros and dozens of kernels with no problems at all. It's always auto-detected and setup. Of course getting Mplayer, Xine or Ogle to work properly can be a challenge.

BTW You can probably get it for alot less that $125 now, but thats what I paid way back when.
