It works well so far, and it was cheap. I kind of had to buy it because I can't seem to find socket 775 boards anymore.
My current setup:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.50GHz
RAM: 2 GB DDR2 Corsair 800 MHz CL-5
GPU: GeForce 8800 GTS 512
My only complaint so far is that being a micro ATX board, it's a bit hard to work around the components. It was hard to plug in the SATA cables right next to and behind the nvidia graphics card (won't be a problem if you use the onboard one). It was also hard to reach the 4 pin 12V power connector once the CPU fan is on. I suppose I should have plugged it in before adding the CPU fan ? Some BIOS options are not well documented, but this is a common problem with many mobos. Sadly the ICH7 southbridge does NOT support AHCI. However, the ata_piix drivers seems stable and just as fast as AHCI was on my previous board.
