Description: MSI K8T Neo makes use of the nForce3 chipset for gigabit ethernet, SATA, and of course, socket 754.

Great board, using drivers from NVidia's site, it works great in 64bit and 32bit mode -- Overclocks like a dream too :-)

Yes, you can install linux on a system based on this board, but I don't kow why you'd want to.

MSI's drivers are only for Windows ( http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/driver/dvr/spt_dvr_list.php?part=1&kind=1&CHIP=1&COM=4 )

- I haven't been able to get integrated sound to work.
- Software RAID doesn't work (currently), no surprise there.
+ Dual ethernet ports work just fine, as do the PCI and AGP.
+ The board looks pretty snazzy.

? Haven't tried any of the cool ports like SPDIF, IEEE 1394, USB so I can't comment on that.
