Description: Allows plugging of playstation/playstation2 pads into a usb port, as far as i can work out power is only supplied on the 3v pin so vibration wont work.

there is another model that supports N64 joypads as well as PSX, ive been told it uses the same chipset VendID:ProdID [6666:0667] and so works as well but i cant verify this this.

in 2.4 you'll need - hid, input, joydev, usb stuff
in 2.6 input has been merged with something so you only need - hid, joydev, usb stuff
Keywords: playstation joypad controller
Connection Type: USB

in 2.4 it doesnt seem to be recognised with the normal usb module you need usb-uhci, no problems at all in 2.6.
