Distribution: slackware 9.1



The ALSA drivers that come with 2.6.3 work perfectly with this soundcard.
But, the OSS drivers in the earlier kernel versions seldomly freeze the system.

I would highly recommend this card as it has a hardware mixer, allowing more than one app to access it at one time.

Distribution: RH9/FC1


I needed a sound card to make my Free BSD 4.8 install happy, and I was able to pick this up used with no docs. Installation was plug it in screw it down connect the cable, and it worked great. No detection, or driver problems with RH9, FC1, or Free BSD 4.8.

This card functions as expected in all the listed distributions as of this date.
