I'm using the madwifi drivers and it took about 10 minutes to setup. The card works great and there is a great FAQ at http://www.mattfoster.clara.co.uk/madwifi-faq.htm .

UPDATE: 2004/08/10
You no longer need to compile the drivers if you run Fedora Core. There are a couple of repositories that contain madwifi drivers in an rpm if you are running a stock kernel. dag and atrpms both contain madwifi drivers. I personally run the ones from atrpms since the dag rpms are only available for FC1.

On Unbuntu Hoary Array 3 this product was recognized during the install. For some reason the modules were not installed upon system reboot but a simple

aptitude install linux-restricted-modules

and the system recognized my card. To enable WEP just fireup the Network tool and add your WEP key.
