This printer set up with no problem's with slackware, and cup's. I've tried it with both usb, and parallel.
I got the driver support from:
http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=HP-DeskJet_932C
I don't have the receipt for it where I'm at now, but it wasn't expensive.
It's done alot of printing in the four or five year's I've owned it.

I had a little trouble getting this printer to work under Debian, but followed the instructions from various sources, and got it to work. Essentially I installed CUPSYS and CUPSYS-BSD. Then I installed the following files:
python-dev
libsnmp5-dev
libcupsys2-dev
python-qt3
lsb
hp-ppd
hpijs
hplip
hplip-base
hplip-data
I then downloaded hplip-0.9.3.tar.gz from http://hpinkjet.sourceforge.net and installed it. Finally I went to http://localhost:631 and added the printer. I was able to install the printer and get a test page by installing cupsys and the first 5 files, but could not print from firefox or Open Office. Installing cupsys-bsd and the last 5 files cleared up that problem.
I get excellent prints in both black and color with this installation. I hope this helps anyone who is having trouble installing this printer under Debian.
