Kernel (uname -r):
Distribution:

The ethernet interface, when connected to network card, works fine as long as the network card is supported by linux.
I've been trying to get the usb interface to work in linux (cause my only nic is in use for lan already) for a long time, without luck. Only driver that seem to somehow *support* this device through usb is CDCEther driver. It detects the device and it's even able to obtain valid IP from dhcp, but that's all - I'm unable to ping any ip address and kernel log gets full of errors saying that there's an error with multicast filter and that software hashing is needed :(

I've also tested usb interface in kernel 2.6 and it seems that CDCEther driver is removed. 2.6 doesn't seem to support this device even a bit compared to kernel 2.4 which at least noticed the presence of device.
