Description: Gphoto2 works very well with this camera in ptp mode - it may well work well using the normal driver as well but my kernel doesn't have usb mass storage built in.

Go to the gphoto2 website for a list of all they cover - it seems quite comprehensive!

www.gphoto.org

Movies and photos both download fine but the ptp driver doesn't support upload yet.

Buy the camera, or its big brothers the a70 and a80 - they're brilliant!

The camera works just fine, I enables USB mass storage when compiling the 2.6.8.1 kernel. I use gtkam 0.1.12, which comes with gnome.

http://gphoto.org/proj/ <-- has great resources on cameras.
