Distribution: Debian 3, RH8 & KNOPPIX



Only Knoppix detected this at all.
I bought it to connect to my Siemens S45 cellphone and used the Win setup files and wvdial to connect to the GPRS service.
It could dial as a normal modem but lacked the smarts to connect to GPRS.
I couldn't detect any additional modules being loaded to operate it so assume the Debian and RH modules were not as advanced.
