Excellent buy! It couldn't have been better. Almost everything is recognised out of the box:
- wifi
- sound
- X (no problems with resolution)
- webcam
- touchpad
- most of the function keys including:
a) keyboard light
b) go back/forward one page
c) mute

There are some function keys that don't work (out of the box). I also haven't tried the fingerprint reader.

Although it's a very powerful laptop, it might not be suitable for gamers. It's got a dedicated NVIDIA Quadro NVS 3100M, which is only an entry level video card. It does support 3D rendering, though.
There's also one thing that I don't really like, ie. the function key is the last key on the left. In most laptops I've used the last one was Ctrl. It'll take a while until I get used to it.
Apart from that, I don't have any complaints. Straight away I could see the difference between this laptop and any other that I previously had (HPs, Acer): speed, responsiveness, quality of finish. It was expensive, but hopefully it's a very long-term investment.
