Kernel (uname -r): 2.6.33.4
Distribution: Now, Slackware-13.1

Prices & Customer Service don't apply because I bought as bankrupt stock.

Software is still catching up with this.
kernels before 2.6.27 don't run the wifi correctly
kernels before 2.6.32 don't have ATI Kernel ModeSetting, needed for dri.
Mesa, xorg-server, proprietary & OSS video drivers are still making progress. 2011 is now the expected date for something decent (Something decent in the way of a driver been 6 months ahead for 2 years). Buy it for business. Do Not buy this for gaming. Making it through a video can be challenging, although I must acknowledge progress, it hasn't resulted in a huge speed increase.

When it landed, I had unbelievable problems getting a distro to run on it. 2 years later slackware-13.1+, fedora-13.0+, and perhaps others run. Java & flash are still issues.

Switch off the wifi button at your peril. Hibernate is ok, suspend mucks up the video, and I left it out. Battery is puny - 1 hour max and it quickly deteriorated.
