Description: This card works fine if configured properly (using the bttv module).

To configure this device:
  1. Edit the /etc/modules file to include bttv:

    Code:
sudo nano /etc/modules (add 'bttv' to the end of the file)
  1. Edit /etc/modprobe.d/bttv to configure the module:

    Code:
    sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/bttv
The content to add to the file:

    Code:
    #i2c alias char-major-89 i2c-devb options i2c-algo-bit bit_test=1 #bttv alias char-major-81 videodev alias char-major-81-0 bttv #My TV Card options bttv card=63 tuner=44 pll=1 adc_crush=0
  1. Run the following command in a terminal to configure and run the module for the first time:

    Code:
    sudo modprobe -C /etc/modprobe.d/bttv bttv

There you have it: a fully functioning ATI TV Wonder without proprietary drivers.
