This is very stable motherboard. All distributions I have tried during last five years (Mandrake, Redhat, Gentoo, Debian, Arch, Ubuntu) have worked without any problems. And naturally, there have been no need for boot-parameters tweaking or for binary drivers. This board is excellent even if quite old.
