I use this one when playing Half-Life under wine. Actually it's the best gaming mouse you can find now AFAIK.
I've been using MX518 in Debian and Gentoo.

I would definitely recommend this mouse. I play Counter Strike and this is the weapon of my choice. I paid 1600 bucks Indian Rupees for this mouse about 1 year ago.
