Kernel (uname -r): 2.6.30.8-64.fc11.pc
Distribution: Fedora 11

The Fedora 11 install could not run in X11 mode, because this card only has 16MB of VRAM. That's where the problems started, and I don't necessarily blame ATI for that....but because I did a 'headless' install, X11 wasn't installed along with the base system, and I had to manually add users.

Although I have successfully run GNOME and XFCE sessions using this video card, today it's being extremely glitchy. I'm having a hard time launching X11.

Here is HOWTO on getting this to work on Ubuntu: Ubuntu Forums ATI Mobility Radeon HOWTO

If I get the technique described in the above post to work on fc11, I'll post an update.
