After miserable experiences with an LG gsa-h55l and UDF access this DVD-Burner worked out of the box. Using kernel 2.6.18-6-486 on debian etch (with udftools) there are no problems accessing a DVD+RW via UDF for input/output. Burning via brasero also worked flawlessly.
