Foxconn motherboard with Intel chipsets: Intel P45 for the north bridge, Intel ICH10R for the south bridge. Supports up to 1600MHz on the FSB and has a LGA 775 socket. Has two 240-pin memory slots for up to 16GB of DDR2 memory running at 1066MHz (when overclocking), 800MHz (standard), or 667MHz. Comes with 2 of each PCI-E 2.0 x16 slots, PCI-E x1 slots, and PCI slots.
Has one IDE connection and 6 SATA 3.0Gb/s connections, with support for RAID 0, 1, 5, or 10. Has no video chipset but has a Realtek 8110SC audio chipset. On the back, it has 4 USB ports, 1 1394 port, and 1 eSATA port. Also has 2 USB on the front.

Very nice motherboard. Works perfectly with the remainder of my hardware. Only problem is that Foxconn's supplied software to control the overclocking and fan speeds only supports Windows, though I am sure there is some third-party software I might be able to find.
