This camera was bought for me for Christmas as a throwaway extra, which is pretty much what it's meant to be in design. Measures abuot 50x30x10mm and runs on a single AAA battery, and even has a keyring loop on it. 20 low quality pictures or 80 super low quality.

Connects to USB easily enough once i'd got my kernel compiled correctly, and can be accessed easily enough in two ways:

1) still image retrival via gphoto2 (without stv680 module loaded)
# gphoto2 --get-all-files --camera "DigitalDream l'espion"
2) webcam access as a standard v4l device (via stv680 module)
# xawtv -c /dev/video1

not a great device at all, but works just as successfully under linux as windows, mainly limited by costing about 33 pence to produce.
