Once I connected the printer to the router, it automatically printed a page with some info like its IP address, etc, then I just added a network printer. I downloaded a .ppd file from the following website:
http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_driver.cgi?driver=pxlmono&fromprinter=Lexmark-E120n

and everything worked:)
