Zero problems with installation. Printer was recognized by Linux. One simply has to go into printers, select the printer that has been recognized, then indicate the printer type that it is, Epson C80. The drivers for the printer come with RedHat Linux 9 and are auto installed after selecting this printer.

Finally, a test page is printed.

You're set. The printer is now installed and ready to use.

There you find for EVERY EPSON PRINTER the necessary file as well for cups than for lpr
