Excellent board, great Linux compatibility! Drivers for everything are available in the main kernel tree.
CONFIG_SND_HDA_INTEL (aka snd-hda-intel module) for the sound
CONFIG_RTL8187 (aka rtl8187 module) for the WiFi (kernel 2.6.23+) (it's actually a USB device)
Haven't tried the firewire or RAID.
Also keep in mind: this MOBO does not have onboard video, so you'll need a videocard.
