Ubuntu Edgy Eft detects all the hardware automatically, except the graphics card, but driver package (i810) is available. Up until now 915resolution is needed for widescreen support, but is expected to work out-of-the-box in future releases with newer drivers.

Function keys (brightness, volume) also work immediately.

WLAN adapter has RFCOMM support which is important for WLAN-sniffers like kismet.
