Description: A wireless card from Motorola. Uses a Bradcom 4306 rev 3 chip. It works with ndiswrapper, yes, but it also works with open source bcm43xx drivers. In Ubuntu 7.04, the installation is trivial:

sudo apt-get bcm43xx-fwcutter

and follow the directions (say yes ...). This will pull up the firmware (have your original Win drivers ready for this) and let the OS do the rest.

I am not sure what the difference is between this card and the ...G version, also reviewed in this HCL
