Description: External usb 2.0 DVD writer

The drive supports any CD or DVD format and has the followin writing speeds: 16x DVD-R and DVD+R, 8x DVD+RW, 6x DVD-RW, 8x DVD+R Dual Layer, 4x DVD-R Dual Layer and 5x DVD-RAM, 48x CD-R and CD-RW

Works excellent and was autodetected on Slackware 11.0 using kernel 2.6.17 as srX.

Works even with an old Celeron 400 with a usb 2.0 pci card (writing speed ~8) under linux, despite the fact that the minimal requirements on the box say about a pentium III 800 for windows (linux compatibility is not mentioned).

Please note the N at the model name. GSA-E20L supports lightscribe technology, that this drive does not.
