Correction to bit rate ... for some reason the in kernel driver works up to 48M and not at 54M. It appears that the driver defaults to 11M.

Kernel (uname -r): 2.6.20-gentoo
Distribution: Gentoo

This product worked great.

I researched this chipset and found that the BCM43xx chipset support has been added to the kernel. Information on the web showed a great chance of working.

The kernel support went without a hitch.
No fussing with special drivers or patches.

Note: this is concerning the GP not the G.

Ahh I forgot to add ... I cannot give this a 10 out 10 as the current in kernel driver only runs at 11MPS.
