It works, with the following:
rmmod saa7134
modprobe saa7134 card=3 tuner=37

Some noise on sound but I've to check the reason, in Argentina I must select PAL-NC in KDETV and I can see colors and get all cable channels.

I still need to check If remote control can be used. In some way is recognized because if I press the menu button in the remote control linux starts the shutdown sequence.. :s

I hope to see someone sharing experience about getting sound working without noise and get the remote control to work too.
