Good TV card with excellent video quality. In order to have it detected properly you need to use modprobe cx88xx card=13 as root when loading the module it uses, to have this set by default on boot using a 2.6 kernel on Debian create a file /etc/modprobe.d/tvcard with this for the contents.

Code:
## Added by me for proper detection of TV card
options cx88xx card=13
The relevant part of the output of lsmod when in use.

Code:
tuner 53356 0
cx8800 35084 2
