The first thing I noticed was it's weight. It's really light, and you can bring it everywhere. It's got a very rich function set, such as light compensation and post-processing. The only thing I miss is manual focus, as it's quite common on digital compact cameras today.

Works with linux as your other USB flash disk. Just plug it in, select "PC" on the camera, and it sets itself up as an USB mass storage device.
