I recommend, it "just worked" from the first second, including wireless networking, sound and wired networking. Only "problem" with the widescreen is that when booting, if a graphical splash is enabled, the screen seems to be blank (Kubuntu 6.06 LTS) until the login manager comes up. Problem is solved easily by disabling graphical bootup (--no-splash). Probably because the proper video mode is set up only after X is started.

Modem and the extra buttons are untested, but I have little doubt they produce problems. Forgot to write lspci up last time, so I'll post it later.

About the customer service..well, I've hardly ever had better when buying a laptop telling I'm going to install Linux on it.
