Description: Nice motherboard with PCIx16, PCIx1(2), and regular PCI. Room for up to 4 GB of RAM, and handles most of the 64 bit AMD processors, including Athlon 64, Athlon 64 X2, and Athlon 64 FX. Full stats are here:

Works well for me. If you're reading this, you probably want to know how the MOBO sata controller behaves under linux, and I can't tell you, as I put a hardware RAID card on this board from 3ware (9500S-4LP). I never tried to run anything on the built in controller. The gigabit NIC works well, as does sound. Only drag about this board is that it doesn't include any built in video. Even if it is junk, I like to see a built in video card.
