This is an ok board. However you should pay attetion to which BIOS version you got. You might just have a broken bios if your powernow-k8 reports something about a PSB structure. Tyan has Bios upgrades for it.
I think for an expensive board it is missing the Sata 2.0 and USB 2.0.
