Description: THe SMART-2/P SCSI RAID controllers were an option on the Proliant series of x86-based servers circa 1997.

Uses module 'cpqarray'

Userland programs can be found in the wild, cpqarrayd can monitor the status of the card and report events via syslog or SNMP traps.

This controller card works flawlessly on my system. To get it to work, enable SCSI support and Compaq SMART2 Support (cpqarray/CONFIG_BLK_CPQ_DA).
