Description: is not supported or was it ever supported by any linux device, module, etc.

Was detected and worked ok. I was able to use it's built-in microphone for Skype voice chat and also was able to take pictures (using some gnu software I dont remember anymore).

As usual, the UVC Logitech webcams work great. Good picture quality, fast initialization (faster than the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000). Have not had a problem with it. On Slackware 13.0 with Skype, it works just fine. Microphone and video both work good.
