Description: This motherboard has 5x PCI slots, 1 AGP 8x, and 1 CNR slot. So far this motherboard has been great for me. She's been fully linux compatiable. I've used Slack, Knoppix, and Kubuntu with it. All three have no problems with it. It comes with onboard 6 channel audio, and no onboard video. The sound card has been completely compatiable too, unlike my last onboard one from DELL. I'm using an Nvidia card with 256mb of ram in it. She's running very fast with the 3700+ AMD64 processor I have in it. I would definatly recomend this board to anyone looking to upgrade. On he downside the socket isnt compatiable with any of AMDs multi-core processors, and the 3700+ is as fast as she will take. But with today's programs the 3700+ breezes through everything I throw at it. No complaints with this board or the processor.
