Description: From www.hauppauge.co.uk (software-related features removed):
* Watch Freeview digital terrestrial TV (DVB-T).
* Listen to digital radio (DVB-T radio), too. (Note: DVB-T radio is not DAB)
* Record TV shows to your PC's hard disk using high quality MPEG-2 [unclear whether this is a hardware feature or not]
* Receive up to 30 FREE high quality digital TV channels
* 2-year Warranty
* Includes remote control and IR receiver

Marketing hype over, I should point out that this card doesn't do it's own decoding - it uses the CPU instead, which makes it cost less. Hauppauge uses this as a selling point.
I should also point out for the sake of newbies that if you have a moderately old/slow computer (Hauppauge say less than a 733MHz Pentium III or equivalent) this means the card won't work properly, and whatever system you have, TV watching with this card will slow it down.

www.linuxtv.org say that the drivers are included in kernels 2.6.12 and upwards, although there are patches for older versions.

Runs nicely in Kaffeine 0,8 and gives excellent pictures with the UK PAL DVB Freeview transmissions. The PVR is provided by Kaffeine and works well enough but playing back with some apps (eg Noatun) loses lip sync. Radio channels also good.. Fairly easy to set up.

System is AMD64 3400+ with Asus K8V SE Deluxe mobo.
