Description:

The Freecom Traveller II is a very portable CDRW which can be powered by an optional battery pack. The drive is recognised as an extra IDE device (eg /dev/hde) and can by used as a CD writer by using IDE-SCSI emulation.
You must have usb mass storage in your kernel (either monolithic or module) to have the device recognised.
The following site is useful for getting the pcmcia part working, though also has relevance towards general setuip as well.
