This is clearly not a supported printer.
I got one from my grandmother, who was getting rid of it because she got a new printer.

Googling shows many sites listing it's incompatibility with linux. One persion mentioned that it's partially compatible with the z42/z43 drivers (I think...), but I haven't managed to use that successfully. (If you get it to work, let me know!).

Also, lexmark doesn't support it (and it's not sold any more), so don't plan on it being supported in the future.
