This little gem had a short market life-span, but worked great with FC2 and 3, Slackware 9.1, 10 and 10.1, and Mandrake 10.0 and 10.1.
Onboard audio detected in all distros.
Onboard LAN also detected.
SiS 325 video was marginal for gaming , but stock linux video drivers handled it fine and of course the HSF winmodem was useless but easily fixed by one of the following:
1. SIS onboard ethernet(detected) thru LAN and DSL
2. or external serial modem or internal PCI intel 536ep modem

This MB is quiet - no fan required
Low power consumption
Priced at about $40

If you can find one - buy it for kids or family PC - it runs and runs
