Works like any other mouse, no need for extra drivers, special kernel configs or anything.

Mine is a Cordless Mouseman Optical that came in a package with a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Scrolling is enabled with just a small edition to the XF86Config file, and the side button can be enabled there as well if one would like.

a really great mouse -- especially with rechargeable batteries b/c it goes through about 2 AA every month. it has a nice weight to it, so it doesn't feel like a cheap plastic lightweight mouse but is much more solid. the buttons press easily, and they are quieter than most other mice i have used. overall a very smooth ergonomic feel. it also has a PS/2 adapter so you don't have to use USB.

Works out of the box. Adding send core events option in xorg.conf allow the scrollwheel to work fine. Good product.

Yes, would be great if you could give some more details. Please post the xorg.conf entry for the the mouse and the xmodmap configuration, if necessary. I tried to make the thumb button working, but so far, I have no success. So, your information would be very helpful. Thanks, Stefan
